1. Validity: Our exclusive offer of $1 per square foot is applicable only for the month of April.
2. Eligibility: This offer applies to 1-story homes. Homes with 2 stories may incur slightly higher prices due to the additional paint and materials required.
3. Inclusions: The service includes power washing and preparation of surfaces. This involves priming new bare wood fascia boards, applying paint using an airless sprayer, and backrolling paint for enhanced durability.
4. Paint Options: We offer a selection of high-quality paints, including Sherwin Williams A100 Exterior Paint, Behr Pro Exterior Paint, or Dunn Edwards Versa Flat Paint, according to your preference.
5. Additional Costs: Any stucco patches measuring 1 foot by 1 foot or larger require a sealer and bonding primer, which are not included and will incur an extra cost.
6. Higher Quality Products: Should you desire a higher quality product, we can accommodate your request. Please note that an additional charge will be applied to cover the price difference.
7. Quotation Flexibility: All quotes provided are subject to change.
