Out here, exterior paint isn't decoration — it's protection. We repaint your whole exterior the right way, with a fixed price in writing and a 3-year warranty, so your home looks sharp from the street and stays protected from the one thing that never lets up. Hiring a painter shouldn't feel like a gamble — so we take the gamble out.
Stucco. Block walls. Fences. Metal railings. Trim, fascia, eaves, garage doors, front doors, popouts. If it's on the outside of your home, we paint it — so the whole property matches and the entire surface is protected, not just the easy parts.

Walk to your west-facing wall this afternoon and rub your hand on it. If your palm comes back chalky, that powder is your paint breaking down under the UV — and once it's chalking, it's not protecting your home anymore.
It gets more expensive from there. Arizona's heat swings crack the paint around your trim, windows, and popouts, where the materials expand and contract every single day. Monsoon rain gets into those cracks. What started as a paint job you put off becomes stucco repair or wood rot you can't. The paint is the cheap part. Catching it now is what saves you the repair bill later.

Cheap exterior jobs cut corners where you can't see them after the crew leaves. We don't. Here's what that looks like:
Early peeling almost always comes down to one thing: the surface wasn't prepped right, or moisture got trapped under the paint. So every exterior job, we:
When your stem walls are damaged, we repair and waterproof them with Drylok instead of painting straight over the problem and letting moisture keep wicking up into the wall. And when your fascia boards are sun-beaten and dried out, we bring them back with a flexible elastomeric coating that flexes with the heat instead of cracking. Most companies skip both. We don't.
Most companies just spray and call it a day — but paint sitting on top of the stucco doesn't grip, and it fails early. We spray cross-hatched — up and down, then side to side — and then we back-roll every wall, working the paint down into the stucco texture where it actually bonds and seals. It's slower. It's more work. It's the difference between paint that lasts and paint you're redoing in three years.

Anyone can say "quality work." We'd rather hand you commitments you can hold us to — printed on every estimate we send, signed by the owner.

Real exterior projects across the East Valley. We serve Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Queen Creek.

You'll repaint this house eventually — the desert guarantees it. The only question is whether you do it once, the right way, and forget about it for years, or do it cheap and do it again. Get a fixed price in writing today.
